Is Case Management a variation of BPM, ECM or CRM? More likely a consolidation of all of them (Consolidated Customer Service: CRM, BPM and ECM)).

I am planning to developer a Adaptive Case Management with Nuxeo Case Management Framework, JBoss jBPM 5 and JBoss Drools. Nuxeo is an open source ECM platform. jBPM5 provides ad hoc process (BPMN 2.0) support which is required to model unstructured processes in CM. Drools is a rule engine that have built in event processing capability.
